What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of daretechnologies.net, this website, and nothing else. Using the site means you accept them.

They do not cover our apps. LingoFire and All 4s Mobile will each publish their own terms before release, covering accounts, gameplay, purchases and the rules of play. All 4s Mobile’s are already published at all4s.daretechnologies.net/terms. Neither app is available yet.

Dare Technologies Limited is a company registered in Trinidad & Tobago, operating from Port of Spain.

What this website is

This site exists to tell you who we are and what we are building. It is informational. There are no accounts, no logins, no payments and nothing to buy here.

The only thing you can send us is a message through the contact form, which reaches us as an email. How we handle that is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Accuracy

We keep the site current and accurate as best we can, but products in development change. Release dates move, features change, and descriptions of unreleased products are statements of intent rather than promises.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, or a commitment to ship anything on any date. If something here matters to a decision you are making, write to us and ask.

Availability

We do not guarantee the site is always reachable or error free. We may change it, take parts of it down, or stop publishing it, without notice.

Our content

The design, code, text, images, the DARE name and wordmark, and our product names and branding belong to Dare Technologies Limited.

You may read the site, share links to it, and quote small parts of it with credit, which is what press coverage normally needs. You may not copy the site wholesale, republish its content as your own, or reuse our branding in a way that suggests we endorse or are connected to you.

If you want to write about us and need assets, ask. Our Press page exists for that.

Sending us a message

Do not use the contact form to send anything unlawful, abusive, or deliberately harmful, and do not use it to send bulk or automated messages.

If you send us an idea, a suggestion or feedback, we may act on it without owing you anything for it. This is not us claiming ownership of your work. It is the ordinary position that unsolicited suggestions do not create obligations, and it protects us where we were already working on something similar. If you have something confidential to discuss, say so before sending it, and we will agree how to handle it properly first.

Linked sites

Where we link out, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

Liability

We take responsibility for the things we should, and we say plainly what we do not cover.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded

That first exclusion is not optional. Under the Unfair Contract Terms Act (Chap. 82:37) liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence cannot be excluded by any contract term or by any notice, and we do not attempt to.

Subject to that, and because this is an informational website that costs you nothing to read, we are not liable for loss you suffer through relying on information published here, or through the site being unavailable, to the extent it is reasonable for us not to be.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago, and the courts of Trinidad & Tobago have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
